Michael has 20 years’ experience in the management of residential leasehold properties from simple conversions to large multi-schedule and mixed-use estates.

He provides independent advice to managing agents and their professional advisers on a wide range of issues arising from leasehold management, from assessing reasonableness of works and charges to the auditing of existing schemes, schedules and apportionments.
